Enjoy a unique event that combines creative experiences with focused networking through captivating 'Gateways.' Each Gateway features interactive activities that bring a destination’s unique story to life. Discover the charm of each location through engaging experiences, led by local and international suppliers and partners, and dig deeper in the conversation with a small number of quality 1-1 meetings at the end of each gateway.
Regional Gateways
Regional destination led experience located within the Emirates Palace, Mandarin Oriental.
Each Regional Gateway, crafted in partnership with the local CVB and a selected number of destination partners, offers a distinctive opportunity to discover the destination.
The format features intimate sessions with groups of 6 buyers and 5 or more suppliers, and includes an immersive destination related experience, followed by a minimum of 3 pre-scheduled 1-on-1 meetings.
International Destination Gateways
Experiential destinations showcase at Anantara Desert Islands Resort & Spa over two days.
Each International Destination Gateway, crafted in partnership with the Convention Bureau and 5 destination partners, offers a distinctive opportunity to discover the destination. Five 2-hour sessions are held over two days at Anantara Desert Islands Resort & Spa.
The format features intimate sessions with groups of 6 buyers and 6 suppliers, and includes an immersive destination related experience, followed by a minimum of 3 pre-scheduled 1-on-1 meetings.
Collection Gateways
Individual luxury MICE products from around the world.
Individual luxury MICE suppliers from around the world will showcase their product "in style" over 30+ pre-scheduled 1-1 meetings throughout the event, within the pristine surroundings of our host venue Anantara Desert Islands Resort & Spa.
Abu Dhabi Gateway
An exclusive, one-day destination experience in a carefully selected, immersive location—curated by the Abu Dhabi Convention & Exhibition Bureau and XSLI.
Abu Dhabi Gateway, crafted in partnership with Abu Dhabi Convention & Exhibition Bureau and a selected number of destination partners, offers a distinctive opportunity to discover the destination.
The format features 2 intimate morning sessions with groups of 15 buyers and 15 suppliers, followed by an afternoon networking experience with buyers
