The concept

Your own gateway experience: ​bring your destination to life at a thoughtfully curated venue.Showcase your destination in style with a series of 2 x 90 min gateway experiences over one morning. Join Abu Dhabi Convention & Exhibition Bureau and 14 destination partners in a unique collaboration and promote Abu Dhabi in an unprecedented fashion! Each session will host intimate groups of 15 buyers, giving you the opportunity to connect with all 30 buyers through your gateway experiences. A minimum of 6 meetings per session will ensure plenty of opportunities for meaningful engagement.​

‍Abu Dhabi Convention & Exhibition Bureau and XSLI have joined forces with a unique and stunning venue to craft a bespoke experience for Abu Dhabi partners.​

Your inclusive package

  • 2 x 90-min gateway sessions: your bespoke Destination immersive experience (Abu Dhabi Convention & Exhibition Bureau + 14 destination partners). All our 30 curated North American buyers will attend your sessions.

  • 12 x 1on1 meetings: each gateway session will end with a minimum of 6 x 1on1 meetings.​

  • Exclusive and immersive location for your gateway experience in Abu Dhabi, carefully selected by Abu Dhabi Convention & Exhibition Bureau and XSLI​.

  • 2 x luxury dinner experiences at 5* venues in Abu Dhabi​.

  • Afternoon networking activity with buyers.

1 company / 1 delegate = USD 3,599 + VAT
1 company / 2 delegates = USD 4,599 + VAT

5% discount added for each event if both XSLI UK-EU buyers and XSLI North American buyers are booked together.

At the end of each bespoke Gateway session, spend more time with buyers individually with a minimum of 12 prescheduled 1on1 meetings throughout the event: explore business prospects and dig deeper into the conversation.

Our fully hosted buyer program is available by invitation only to a selected and highly targeted group of MICE Agencies, Incentives Houses and Corporates with proven track record of long-hall luxury events (outside of the Americas).
