The concept
Your own gateway experience:
bring your destination to life!
Get creative and ready to showcase your destination through a series of 5 x 2-hour gateway experiences over 2 days, created by you and 5 of your destination partners. Small and intimate groups of 6 buyers per session will experience your gateway: you and your partners will get to meet all 30 buyers through your gateway experience. Each session will also include a minimum of 3 x 1-1 meetings, or more if you prefer.
We will partner will our host venue Anantara Desert Islands Resort & Spa to create a bespoke experience for you and your 5 partners at one of their outlets or locations within the island.
Your inclusive package
3 nights accommodation at 5* Anantara Desert Islands Resort
5 x 2-hours Gateway sessions: your bespoke Destination immersive experience. All our 30 curated North American buyers will attend your sessions in intimate groups of 6. Costs of your chosen activation throughout the event included within your fee.
15+ 1-1 meetings: each gateway session will include a minimum of 3 x 1-1 meetings.
Luxury hospitality programme and networking activities.
Private air transfer from Abu Dhabi Airport to Sir Bani Yas Island.
Internal transfers and F&B throughout the programme.
5% VAT included.

At the end of each bespoke Gateway session, spend more time with buyers individually with a minimum of 15 prescheduled 1-1 meetings throughout the event: explore business prospects and dig deeper into the conversation.
