The concept

Your own gateway experience:
bring your destination to life!

Get creative and ready to showcase your destination through a series of 5 x 2-hour gateway experiences over 2 days, created by you and 5 of your destination partners. Small and intimate groups of 6 buyers per session will experience your gateway: you and your partners will get to meet all 30 buyers through your gateway experience. Each session will also include up to 4 x 1on1 meetings.

We will partner with our ultra luxury host venue Atlantis The Royal to create a bespoke experience for you and your 5 partners at one of their outlets or locations within the hotel.

3 nights accommodation at 5* Atlantis The Royal
5 x 2-hours Gateway sessions: your bespoke Destination immersive experience (CVB + 5 local partners). All our 30 curated UK & European buyers will attend your sessions in intimate groups of 6.
Up to 20 1on1 meetings: each gateway experience will end with up to 4 x 1on1 meetings.
Dedicated and immersive location for your gateway experience at Atlantis The Royal. Costs of gateway experience throughout the event included within your fee.
