The concept

Your own gateway experience: bring your destination to life at a thoughtfully curated venue Showcase your destination in style through a series of 5 x 90-min gateway experiences throughout the day. Join your local CVB and 5 destination partners in a unique collaboration and promote your destination in an unprecedented fashion! Small and intimate groups of 6 buyers per session will experience your gateway: you will get to meet all 30 buyers through your gateway experiences. Each session will include a minimum of 3 x 1on1 meetings, tailored activations and networking refreshments.
XSLI has joined forces with exclusive venues in Dubai to craft bespoke experiences for you and your destination partners.

Your inclusive package

5 x 90-minute gateway sessions: your bespoke Destination immersive experience (CVB + 5 local partners). All our 30 curated UK & European buyers will attend your sessions in intimate groups of 6
15 x 1on1 meetings: each gateway session will end with a minimum of 3 x 1on1 meetings

5% discount added for each event if both XSLI UK-EU buyers and XSLI North American buyers are booked together

A perfect blend of 1on1 meetings, local experiences and networking, in a creative format with a focus on experiential connections.

30 Buyers

Connect with a curated and qualified group of 50% UK & 50% European MICE professionals (focus on Germany / Switzerland / Austria) who specialize in high-end meetings and luxury incentives.

30 Suppliers

Mingle with like-minded suppliers from the Arabian Peninsula. Exchange, network and learn from other passionate industry peers.

5 Gateway Sessions

Together with your partners, conduct your tailor-made experience, offering an authentic taste of your destination. All 30 buyers will get to experience your Gateway sessions: showcase, engage and network like never before.

15 1 on 1 Meetings

At the end of each bespoke Gateway session, spend more time with buyers individually with a minimum of 15 prescheduled 1on1 meetings throughout the event: explore business prospects and dig deeper into the conversation.
