The concept
Your own gateway experience:bring your destination to life at a thoughtfully curated venue.Showcase your destination in style through a series of 5 x 90-min gateway experiences throughout the day. Join your local CVB and 5 destination partners in a unique collaboration and promote your destination in an unprecedented fashion! Small and intimate groups of 6 buyers per session will experience your gateway: you will get to meet all 30 buyers through your gateway experiences. Each session will include a minimum of 3 x 1on1 meetings, tailored activations and networking refreshments.
XSLI has joined forces with exclusive venues in Abu Dhabi to craft bespoke experiences for you and your destination partners.
Your inclusive package
5 x 90-minute gateway sessions: your bespoke Destination immersive experience (CVB + 5 local partners). All our 30 curated North American buyers will attend your sessions in intimate groups of 6.
15 x 1on1 meetings: each gateway session will end with a minimum of 3 x 1on1 meetings.

1 on 1 Meetings
At the end of each bespoke Gateway session, spend more time with buyers individually with a minimum of 15 prescheduled 1on1 meetings throughout the event: explore business prospects and dig deeper into the conversation.
